THIRTY-DAY RETURN POLICY

Product must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase (invoice date) to the Amazing Machinery Manufacturer RMA Facility.

Returns for refunds are accepted under the following conditions:

* Return is shipped within 30 days of invoice date
* Returned product is in new condition with all included items and packaging
* Customer has called and received an RMA number prior to shipping
* Product is repackaged properly for damage free shipping
* A 15% restocking fee will be charged on all returns
* Customer will pay all freight charges incurred by Amazing Machinery for shipping the order to and shipping the order back on all return items

Non-Returnable Items

* Products purchased for resale.

* Equipment with Special Order Items installed. Such as, but not limited to; Hot Pumps, Trigger On & Off Switch, Engine Electric Start Upgrade.

*Refund does not include shipping/handling fees. Customer is responsible for lost or misdirected packages. It is recommended that the customer insure the package for its full retail value. This guarantee applies only to retail consumer purchaser (users) and does not apply to independent agents or any person who has purchased product for resale. Please allow 6 - 8 weeks for refund processing.
