Schools can benefit greatly from
owning a pressure washer. A machine with a high psi and water volume
(gpm) can be very versatile. You can do every thing from cleaning
the parking lot to clearing clogged sewer lines in the campus buildings.
By owning their own commercial pressure washer a school can immediately
fix or clean their own problem area, instead of waiting to pay an
expensive plumber or pressure cleaning contractor. Clean campuses
will attract more students and parents; it will add a presence of
prestige to the school, and make students and faculty more comfortable.
Restrooms
Schools and campuses can have as many as 50 different restrooms
to contend with. With an electric
pressure washer you can keep them clean while using the machine
safely indoors. You can convert an electric
pressure washer to a sewer
jetter just as you can with a gas
engine pressure washer. Sewer
jetters are a great tool for cleaning and maintaining sewer
lines, and with some restrooms on campus they are bound to get frequently
clogged. If you plan to do a lot of jetting you may want to consider
one of our gas powered
jetters with the indoor and outdoor jetting feature. This will
allow you to jet inside with the machine safely operating outside.
Buildings
Many schools have multiple buildings, over time they will begin
to show their age from pollutants, dust, dirt, weather, and even
the students. Keeping these buildings clean require time and effort,
with a pressure washer you can minimize this process. The larger
the machine, or in other words the more PSI and GPM you have, the
faster you will be able to clean. You will want a machine with an
adjustable pressure for this task. Buildings can have many different
textures; one texture may require only a 1500 psi pressure washer
while another requires 4000 psi.
Arenas and Stadiums
Most Campuses, from elementary schools all the way through major
universities, have an arena or stadium for a sport or other activity.
These arenas tend to see large numbers of traffic and tend to get
dirty rapidly. Stadium seating for example can go from looking brand
new to twenty years old in one night. Drinks get spilled, food gets
dropped, and people scuttling around are only a few imaginable stains
you might encounter here. With a 13 HP pressure washer or larger
you can make short work of these stains and be ready for the next
big game. Using a hot
water pressure washer and/or chemicals
will also greatly reduce the amount of time you will spend maintaining
a prestigious campus.
