Its compact design and innovative features ensure optimal performance in tight spaces. This system is built for reliability with a 70/30 duty cycle and quick 3-minute tank refill time. Its programmable low-voltage control line offers precision and efficiency for various applications. The powerful 1.0 HP motor operates at only 1400 RPM creating less noise, vibration and creating less wear. The MP Series of Ultra Quiet Air Compressor Motors have been designed to increase dutycycle and allow for longer continuous run times (i.e. may run continuously at 1.5 cfm @90 PSI for up to 4 hours, or intermittently 30-40 minutes at a time at 3.0 cfm @90 PSI). The Motor/Pump is tested for a minimum pump life of 4000 hours before service. 30% more life before repair. The large 8.0 gallon steel air tank is internally coated with epoxy to prevent any corrosion. The cabinet has two latching doors that allow for easy access to the compressor and components. The two cabinet exhaust fans are used to remove the air from the cabinet to a cool working condition for the air compressor. The 4 caster wheels makes moving the air compressor from location to location very easy.
