The Model 912 with the Model BN266 is an economical 24" x 24" preassembled sewage ejector system ideal for those looking to install a pre-plumbed, job ready system. This package ships complete with the Model BN266, a 1/2 HP, 115 V sewage pump. This package also ships with a clear construction cover and a twist lock observation port for inspections. Designed for burial flush-to-grade, the access cover is the only part that is visible after installation.

The single piggyback pump switch is installed 180° from the 4" inlet to prevent the float from being affected by the inflow of raw sewage

The discharge pipe is plumbed with a pre-drilled 3/16" weep hole to prevent the pump from becoming air-locked

The polyethylene cover comes sealed and bolted down so the system is water and gas tight eliminating the escape of any odor

The clear construction cover can be removed once concrete is poured and finished

Our Model 912 is a preassembled sewage ejector package that comes with all of the key components required for installation. It is ideal for those looking to install a job ready sewage ejector system. Purchasing a job ready package reduces installation errors while minimizing cost.

The Model 912 sewage ejector package is designed for burial flush-to-grade. The access cover is the only part that is visible after installation.

The package comes preassembled in an 24" x 24" polyethylene basin. It includes our Model 266 sewage pump with a piggyback switch on a float tree for easy inspection and maintenance. The Model 266 is a 1/2 HP pump. The vortex impeller design of the Model 266 allows the pump to pass 2" spherical solids limiting the potential for clogging and unwanted downtime.

The basin comes complete with a 2" PVC discharge pipe that includes a predrilled 3/16" weep hole to prevent the pump from becoming airlocked. The basin's cover includes a cord seal for the pump's electrical cord along with a predrilled 2" vent hole. Additionally, the cover includes a twist-to-lock observation port for inspections and float access. The basin also ships with a clear construction cover to protect the basin lid while doing finish work around the basin cover. The cover is sealed in place prior to shipment. The pre-plumbed 4" inlet hub makes for a quick connection to the main sewage line.

Each basin is filled with environmentally friendly packing peanuts prior to shipment to ensure things remain in place during transit. The packing material is water soluble, so it will disappear on the first use.
