Quick Reference Resin

Structural strength & rigidity → PipeCast Rigid

Aggressive chemicals / H₂S sewer lines → PipeCast S-HCR

Movement, vibration, or tough spray conditions → PipeCast EXT

Potable water + larger pipes or thick build → PipeCast EXT Plus LB

Flexible coating or topcoat → PipeCast Flex Polyurea Coating

PipeCast Rigid Resin System

Reinforcement of aging pipes & high-load
municipal lines, where rigidity and strength are priority.

High tensile strength, high flexural modulus, ASTM F1216 compliant, fast-set, excellent concrete adhesion.

PipeCast S-HCR Resin System

Wastewater/sewer lines, chemical-processing pipes,
wet wells, high-H2S environments.

Excellent chemical & corrosion resistance, dense/impermeable, rapid exothermic cure, good for immersion.

PipeCast EXT Resin System

Industrial lines, pipes with movement/thermal expansion,
tough outdoor or humid jobs, secondary containment.

Very high elongation/tear,
broad temp/humidity tolerance (-40°F to 230°F),
excellent leveling, abrasion/impact/vibration resistance.

PipeCast EXT Plus LB Resin System

Potable water pipes ≥10" diameter, tanks ≥20k gallons, structural lining where high build is needed.

High compressive/tensile, designed for thick cross-sections, NSF-approved for larger pipes.

PipeCast Flex Polyurea Coating

General corrosion/abrasion protection, non-structural coating, harsh but not extreme-chemical environments.

High impact/abrasion resistance (even sub-freezing), seamless waterproof membrane, general-purpose durability.

Proper Flex bonding on concrete, metal, existing liners.
